• The meeting was called to order at 2:05pm.
• Minutes from March 29, 2016 were approved.
• The committee discussed the spreadsheet of instructional strategies provided by Laura Hahn.  The committee commented that the information in the spreadsheet was useful and that the individual members should look over the material at their convince before deciding whether or not to invite Hahn back to provide additional details.
• The committee discussed the availability of course materials via the ECE website.  Some courses in our department do not make any material available, while others are completely open.  There was disagreement amongst those present as to what amount of information should be made available to whom.  A topic for future discussion will be what material should be accessible and to whom (i.e., should the CC have access to notes, homework, and exams? what should the general public be able to access?).
