STATUS: approved with 14 in favor, 0 opposed, 0 abstaining, pending the following changes to the proposal form (a) ECE 210 is co-req, not pre-req, (b) ECE 310 not listed as co-req or pre-req, (c)  description is revised to be a complete catalog description, (d) expected distribution of students revised to be approximately 50% sophomores, (e) answers are provided on the new course form to questions 7, 8, 23, and 28, (f) application for a temporary course submitted together with this new course application.
