Before completing the application:

1. Scroll to the bottom and make sure that you are eligible for at least one of the awards being offered.
2. Update your resume.  Scroll down to E. File Uploads and make sure that your resume covers the information requested.
3. Visit UI Integrate Self-Service.  Save a copy of your unofficial transcript in one of the formats listed in E. File Uploads.

For complete eligibility/criteria, see the application page. However, awards include:

• Jeffry P. Blahut Memorial Scholarship – ($1,000), continuing sophomores and juniors
• Dunn Systems Undergraduate Scholarship – ($1,300), continuing juniors
• Crowe Horwath LLP Outstanding Junior Computer Science Scholarship – ($1,000), continuing juniors
• C. W. Gear Outstanding Undergraduate Award – ($1,000 x 2), seniors
• Franz Hohn and J.P. Nash Scholarship – ($3,300), continuing undergrads
• Duncan H. Lawrie Leadership Award – ($650), seniors
• John R. Pasta Award – ($250 x 2), juniors
• Daniel L. Slotnick Scholarship – ($2,200), continuing undergraduates.
• James N. Snyder Award for Scholastic Achievement / ICCP James N. Snyder Memorial Award – ($1500 total), 2-3 awards to sophomores, juniors

1) Students, check that you are eligible for one of the awards and Apply Here [authentication required] and ask your advisor for a recommendation.

2) Faculty, please complete the online recommendation form, most responses are limited to 275 words.  Faculty, Submit Supporting Statements Here [authentication required]

• C.L. and Jane Liu Award – ($3,000)
• Kenichi Miura Award – ($300)
• W.J. Poppelbaum Memorial Award – ($3,000)
