The Mavis Future Faculty Fellows (MF3) Program in The Grainger College of Engineering was developed to facilitate the training of the next generation of great engineering faculty. The three main components to the MF3 Program are research, teaching, and mentoring. Selected fellows for the 2024-2025 academic year will receive an award of $2,000 for participating in the program, which is paid in two installments and is dependent on fellows completing the required milestones/assignments.
