Each department limited to one (1) nomination. Graduate students are eligible who are currently enrolled or who have received a degree since selection was made for previous year. (That is, May and Fall 2013 graduates are eligible.)
Please ensure that the following materials are submitted by 5pm on 11/1122/2013 to Colin Robertson (colinr@illinois.edu, 2233 SC):
1) Your CV/resume.
2) Statement, limited to one page, discussing your accomplishments, written in language that a non-specialist would understand.
3) Adviser's letter.
4) One additional letter of recommendation.
