All Ph.D. and M.S. students must complete annual self-evaluations each spring. This year, self-evaluations must be completed between March 27-April 3, 2012. The Ph.D./M.S. Self-Evaluation is Evaluation is only available during this time. To access this form, go to my.cs.illinois.edu and login with your NetID and password. The form is located in the "CS Grad Student Toolbox". Remember, spring 2012 self-evaluations must be completed no later than April 3, 2012. Area committees will be meeting April 4 - 30, 2012 to review the progress of students in their area and will use your self-evaluation as part of their evaluation process.
To access the self-evaluation form, please go to my.cs.illinois.edu and log in with your netID and password. Then click the MS-PHD self-evaluation in the Grad Tool Box.
